The book I have read that had the biggest impact on my parenting style was Simplicity Parenting by Kim John Payne and Lisa M. Ross. This book gives very practical advice to create a simplified life that is so amazing for your child. This book really changed my perspective on parenting. The tips are simple and easy to understand, but sometimes a little bit harder to put into practice.
This is a book I want to read over and over again to keep reminding myself how to help my child by simplifying our lives and focus on what is most important. The book encourages increasing time together without TV while minimizing clutter, too many toys, etc. I listened to this book on audible, and I am so happy I did!
